inequal[ The evening has just begun to settle, with the sun lowering in the sky and casting a burnt glaze on the world around it. Stars peek out from behind the blanket of morning, revealing the night. Lhamo tends to his job in the camp and quietly feeding the fire with his airbending until more kindling is found. He and Ken were several days ahead of the rest of the group, reconnaissance in case the Fire Nation had taken up residence at their intended destination point.
That happens a lot, nowadays.
It's by pure chance that he looks up in time to see a flicker of light beyond the trees, something more than the usual starlight. Lhamo stands, eyes on the sky, automatically stepping around the fire as if to get closer to the mystery. ]
